I use Ayurveda, Meditation, and Yoga to help you find your state of balanced, optimal health and wellness.
I am registered with the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals (AAPNA) as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (RALC) and an Ayurvedic Practitioner (RAP). I provide Ayurvedic assessments, Ayurvedic spiritual counseling and Ayurvedic Wellness consultations and workshops.
I am registered with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT-500 yoga teacher. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years. I completed my first 200 hours of training in 2011 at Innerlight Center for Yoga and Meditation and completed my 300-hour training in Core Strength Vinyasa from the founder, Sadie Nardini. I teach yoga in a Wholistic way, blending my knowledge of Ayurveda and an understanding of anatomy and how the body is meant to move.
I am certified as a Vipassana meditation instructor and as a Heart-Based Meditation instructor. Meditation is an essential part of developing awareness and insight, and to develop an intuition that leads us to self-knowledge and an understanding of our unique needs for health and wellness.
