WHY MEDitate?

Meditation brings balance, clarity, and awareness.  The practice of meditation changes our perception and gives us the skills needed to work through our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us.  Meditation is an essential component to creating wellness and personal growth. 

I integrate Vipassana (Insight or awareness) Meditation and Heart based Meditation into the Ayurvedic counseling sessions.    Vipassana offers ways of developing awareness of the mind and perception.  Heart-based meditation is an effortless mantra based meditation that connects us directly to the wisdom of the heart.
